Black Ibis(Pseudibis papillosa) Black Ibis is a nice little bird, the red head makes it stand out; I remember had seen flock of 5 of these visiting birds last year at kanhoba hills base on a small pond. Was wondering if they have arrived or not this year since there has been hardly any rain. but was lucky to see this flock of 5 birds again this time on a field. Shot took from 30 meters, still happy to catch them yet again.
## Next trip to Ale village; will try to make it to PimplegaonJoga Dam for birding as hopefully if it rains adequately during months of late July and August will be lucky to catch some of Eurasian visitors like pink flamingos, purple herons n common painted storks who fly all the way from Siberia n prefer nesting at banks of this Dam; sighting happens during Aug-Sep. Malshej too has many bird species
