Caracal(हवेत उड्या मरून पक्षी व भक्श पकडनारे दुर्मिळ रान मांजर) supposed to be extremly rare sighting (Our guide called this an chinkara at very far distance to me n nilam, n were about to move away; clicked few shots(zoom lens helped) n initially thought this could be wild dog, then dessert cat n next shot saw something uncommon, looking at ears guide confirmed Caracal n went to call rest of group.)
Though I have got pics from a very far distance n i had to hide myself behind jungle cactus tree; If you watch carefully, this is an caracal couple with 1 juvenile. In few shots parents can be seen looking at little one whos hidding behind an small rock. Looks like there was some threat nearby as mother can be seen looking in left corner as well one hare too ran franatically in a distance as if something was chasing it.
