Game of Thrones returns with Episode 2 of Season 3, “Dark Wings, Dark Words” on Sunday, April 7, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time on HBO East and HBO Latino East (with Spanish subtitles); followed by airings on HBO West and Latino West at 9 p.m. Pacific Time. Becomes clear who the ambitious, politically savvy, determined Margaery takes after as we watch her grandmother gathering intelligence and putting Sansa Stark under interrogation.
A character is introduced who will play an important role in Jon Snow’s life. Actor Mackenzie Crook plays Orell. He is a wildling “warg.” A warg has the ability to enter the mind of a creature, see through its eyes and control its actions. It doesn’t control the creature but co-exists with it.
We catch up this episode with the two youngest Stark children, Arya and Bran. Arya meets Thoros of Myr. Keep an eye on this fascinating character. Bran and his companions face a serious challenge in this episode.
Many fans will be glad to see fan favorites Brienne of Tarth and Jamie Lannister, who engage in some verbal swordplay as they make their way to King’s Landing together. There will be a lot more scenes for these two before Season 3 is over.
