WFH & Sizzlers for dinner with Bunny Nuts and Sups

I am working from home today(28th june) as Kid is not well for past 2 days; he has fever and vomiting. Of course like last time few months back I/IceCream the culprit once again(i have poorest memory; who else but my better half); since he is not 5 yet doctors have suggested us not to give him preservative frozen stuff. How I am cluprit; ok its like 2 days back pillu managed to find his lost ginger bread/cookie toy and to celebrate this i took him to nearby provision store for buying some eatables. And he insisted on buying Amul Kulfi and Sundae tub; after lots of no - i want it- no-.. I had to give up like always and we returned home with kulfi & sundae tub. I didnt wanted to give him both in cold; so i put scoop of both in hot milk & gave him as Milked Kulfi Sundae maar ke. fever and vomiting showed its signs very next day. So since its my fault I have to make sure I am looking after him.

Kid is doing fine; like a wise kid which he is always; medicines and food is been taken without force. He is taking afternoon nap; Courtesy internet and tools like email & IM work is progressing at regular speed.

Its 5pm; almost done with regular things; kids still sleeping n I have nothing much to do as its raining heavily; wifes at work. Latest hobby pushed me and this time managed to paint my best work so far; and this ones dedicated to Nari(women) with different moods in a regular day. Will take a photo and share it soon.

Wife came home around 6.30pm; and her wow for my painting paid off all the hard work. Kid is active and doing fine so both of us are relaxed.

My cell phone rang; 'Abbe Dinu; kidhar hain' greeted me and it was none other than very bunny Tejas Damanai. So it was like he SMSed me about a small ex collegue dinner plan that eveneineg; sometime Indian Post deliveres messages faster than reliance coomunication :)

Since kid was fine I agreed and left for Swargate; on the way asked Bunny, Nuts(Sunil) & Sups(Suparna) to meet at pune railway staion.

After reaching to station like every time realised this guys have a different location in mind and they have headed towards it. Ok so again had to call (cell phone cos in india are thriving on such social change of mind habits) and headed to YOKO Sizzlers at DP Road.

Though i travelled 5 times more distance than this 3 guys; i was one to reach at YOKOs ahead of them. After 5 minutes gang reached there.

Abbe Baniya; Sups; Nuts to Abbe Dinu kaisa hain kya haal hain was exchanged with hugs as we all were meeting after a long time. Sups look little stressed and has lost lots of weight (VP of Operations and Marriage is taking its toll).

We all went inside restaurant; ordered coke, fresh lime, iced tea & pepsi to drink.
Casul conversation started and Bunny took opportunity and introducedus to all office gossips and how he is called Beautiful Manager in his organisation.(We used to do same when we worked together :)). It was nice to know what old timers are upto this days and to keep in touch; got to know on Srini got married to this Brazilian Peruan Girl and has switched for software to making Music; how sups brother has started his own Indian restaurnat in Washington,DC; roshini and new born baby girl;

It was all the way pulling each others legs and talking on memories.

Its cool people in IT industry dont change too much; they tend to remain what they were years back :)

Ordered maincourse sizzlers yoko spl chicken, masroom with garlic pepper, chicken sausage and kutlet one.

Once food arrived we all were busy chomp chomp; between gulping and next sppon discussed some cool concepts on management and how resource scnario in IT industry is not in sync etc...

It was already 10.30pm; decided to say good by and take care. Took a rick and reached home; read books to pillu and was time to call it good night sweet dreams.

First wet weekend of this year

Almost for last 2 weeks Rain and Met department were busy playing catch me if you can to Hide and Seek and weatherman of India was busy predicting Mansoon is finally here n there and be ready for showers from tomorrow; All happened over this 2 weeks was drizzle here n there. But yes weather man was damn right as Tomorrow never comes it is always Today so one cannot blame predictions but admire some one who coined Tomoorw.

This weekend Monsoon finally kick started what is now called as Natures fury in Wet form 3-4 month long tournament; yes this part of world has been getting heavy torrential rains for last few years. It started raining from Friday eveneing and its still raining with small Refil breaks i guess :) Bolts are doing perfect cheering job to all wrestling clouds lifting there morale.

I am no more left a person who used to put raincape and ride fendered bike and enjoy rain; age is alreading taking toll on such healthy habbits. With age one stops admiring this beauty of nature in raw form so what do you do to show mature level and wisdom. Sit in rocking chair with steaming hot Chai reading a book. Have some pakodas to keep cholestrol and fat level low. So i looked at my book rack; hmmm no new books bought for some time. Wife and kid were gone to inlaws place so Pakodas dosent seem a good idea. Simply turned to paintings. As rain not only waters seeds it also encourages creative minds.

Could manage following ones over week end; showers will encourage to follow more ones for sure

Indian Cities fUture holds pRrosperity . . . pRoblems

So India will have 3 cities with 17mn population in few years. Our cities are already crowded chocked n polluted to possible level.

But those with enterprenurial blood will definitely see problems and find solutions;
cities will have n no of issues and issues are nothing but demands like
planning housing infrastructure power food health education.........
U name it it will be required for such huge populations.

This Cities hold future pRrosperity . . . n No of pRoblems

Indian Education System - On verge of Collapse

India is n has been known for intellectuals and scholars for centuries, our education system has been appreciated and admired for same period. But with growing number of student to private colleges population somewhere cracks are becoming visible, wider and wider, government on other hand is failing big time, it is helping more to widen them than fill them.

Number of students clearing HSC, SSC like exams are 70%+ which itself shows either pattern is fixed syllabus has not much challenges for students. So all one does is rutta-fy(mug up) possible question answers and go score marks. Scenario is not much different at graduation/post graduation level, out of all pass outs most of industries found only 10-15% candidates recruit able.

Every year government spends billions of dollars on education programmes, which hardly show any results but money is poured year after year, benefiting big corruption machines of system.

With indian economy showing positive and futuristic results since 1990's country need s to improve cause of this boom, its human resources, which hold key for a better quality of living to earning for every one.

Indian companies have done good in Services sector but there are hardly any original products from India, where as 2mn population countries like Estonia have Skype to showcase, few mn population Israel has n nof of products to showcase, 60 sq km Singapore to HongKong has Financial districts to showcase, even bigger neighbor China
has SEZs to showcase.

Some where we need to make sure we need to nurture learning as in whole like wise old days of Nalanda and Harrapan periods. No good students want to take up research to teaching which itself is a indication of how early and short duration our educational systems needs a repair oiling and thinking steam.
