the 4.3-ounce HTC First looks alot like other slab phones, with zero physical buttons on the black face, a volume rocker on one side and a power button up top. The phone is somewhat unremarkable: it offers a crisp 1280x720 display and it has a decent 5-megapixel camera that takes sharp photos and full HD video, plus a 1.6MP front-facing camera for chat. Inside, it has a gigabyte of RAM, 16GB of storage and a dual-core, 1.4GHz CPU. The latter gives the phone some pep; in my tests it ably handled high-end graphics games like "AVP Evolution" and, overall, is quite responsive.
