HBO released the first sneak peak of Game of Thrones Season 3 Episode 7, "The Bear and the Maiden." It looks like the war for Westeros is heating up as competing armies merge to settle who is the one true heir to the Iron throne. It seems like everybody has a stake in the outcome.
In Episode 7 of Game of Thrones Season 3, Daenerys Targaryen, Khaleesi, Mother of Dragons [whatever you want to call her] is marching towards Kings Landing with her army of loyal ex-slaves. In the Episode 7 trailer it looks like Dany will try to barter with a slave master outside the city of Yunkai. For what? We don't know yet.
In Episode 6, Sansa rejects Little Finger's offer to flee to the North, in hopes to marry Sir Loras Tyrell [who is not so secretly homosexual]. Unfortunately Kings Landing commander in chief [basically King without the title] Tywin Lannister has other plans for the princess of the North, and forces his son Tyrion to marry and have child with Sansa, maintaining control over the North and the South. Tyrion's secret lover Shae is obviously going to confront Tyrion in Episode 7.
In Episode 7 Game of Thrones Season 3, Rob Stark will do his best to win back the trust of the House of Frey, whom he violated a marriage agreement with. Stark needs the men to march on Kings Landing and will do what it takes. I'm sure he has something up his sleeve.
Arya continues her time with the Brotherhood, whom she is strangely compatible with. The Brotherhood maintains the God of Light is the one true God while Arya poignantly says she only obeys "death." Quite a chip on the young girl's shoulders. It could have something to do with the Melisandre abruptly stealing Arya's good friend and blacksmith Gendry for because he is "destined" for what seems like some type of sacrifice.
"The Bear and the Maiden" which airs Sunday night, May 12th at 9/8c on HBO.
