With only three episodes left to go in "Game of Thrones" Season 3, the stakes are higher than ever to see who will come out on top in the show's titular battle for supremacy. A trailer for this week's episode "Second Sons" has been released that teases a King's Landing wedding, an unhappy Arya and an unfortunate Gendry.
Noticeably absent from this trailer are Jon Snow, Bran Stark or Jaime Lannister, all of whom have featured prominently in "Game of Thrones" over the past few weeks. Instead we get to see the return of Sam and also seem to learn more about Melisandre's plan for Gendry. Arya doesn't look like she's taking to her capture by the Hound very well, and Daenerys refuses to bow to Yunkai, even though she might be in over her head this time.
As for that King's Landing wedding, there are three potential options for who could be tying the knot: Joffrey and Margaery, Sansa and Tyrion or Cersei and Loras. Maybe all three of them will get lucky and wed in the same episode, but if one thing is for sure it's that Joffrey isn't too happy about what someone said.
Here's the synopsis of "Second Sons":
King's Landing hosts a wedding, and Tyrion and Sansa spend the night together. Daenerys meets the Titan's Bastard. Davos (Liam Cunningham) demands proof from Melisandre. Sam (John Bradley) and Gilly (Hannah Murray) meet an older gentleman.
